Terms of Service for SMS Messages

The effective date of this notice is December 1, 2025.

Most of our phone lines have text messaging capabilities.  If you choose to use the texting features provided on our phone lines, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Deer Path, and you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.  By contacting us at 608/387-8953 via SMS with your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Frayed Edges.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just send a text, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.  As always, message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you by us and to us by you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
